BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — According to a recent survey by Marketpulse Relevant Consumer Research, Juan Carlos Carrasquel of Prudential Indiana Realty Group is considered the most-trusted real estate agent in Bloomington, Ind.

Marketpulse is a consumer research tool used to help determine consumer opinions and behavior based on actual experience and third-party observation.

An award-winning commercial, residential, and business broker since 2004, Carrasquel specializes in home buyer/seller representation, relocation, investments analysis, and buyer/tenant representation. He is among approximately six percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation that indicates expertise in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
