Carrasquel Polled as Most-trusted Realtor in Bloomington
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — According to a recent survey by Marketpulse Relevant Consumer Research, Juan Carlos Carrasquel of Prudential Indiana Realty Group is considered the most-trusted real estate agent in Bloomington, Ind.
Marketpulse is a consumer research tool used to help determine consumer opinions and behavior based on actual experience and third-party observation.

An award-winning commercial, residential, and business broker since 2004, Carrasquel specializes in home buyer/seller representation, relocation, investments analysis, and buyer/tenant representation. He is among approximately six percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation that indicates expertise in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
Over the years, Carrasquel has gained a stellar reputation as a passionate and devoted advisor determined to best meet the needs of the clients he serves. In 2005, he was named Prudential’s Rookie of the Year, and in 2011 and 2012, he was recognized as the group’s top agent.
A multilingual native of Caracas, Venezuela, Carrasquel’s international finance background enables him to bring unique skills to his real estate services. In 1993, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas.
